HELP!!! i need to know the sex of my skink!

"Hi! i have a berber skink named Mooch. My cousins skink just died, so i am buying her bigger tank. I might get a mate for mooch. I need to know if there is a way to tell the males/females apart without looking at colors or features. My lizard is a bit bitey to, so some ways might be a problem. To my knowledge telling skinks apart from looking at them isnt easy or it might be impossible. The easiest way if you really want to know is to take him to a vet for a blood test which will show the sex.

There also is something called probing but I don't know anythig about it..
