My parrot has lost her eye

I am the owner of a pair of red rumped grass parrots, a week ago the male attacked the females head, leaving her quite bald but also damaging the eye. She's been removed and brought inside, she seems to be recovering well, as she is eating,grooming and singing.. But her eye is not opening, and i fear she has lost her eye. My question is how will she cope with one eye??
