re-introducing litter mates in a brand new home

This is a twist on the usual "introducing cats to each other" and "moving with a cat" question.
My boyfriend and I will be moving in together soon. Between the two of us we have three litter mates, all neutered boys. They've been apart for about one year. Since our new place will be new to all the cats, and they're brothers, I'm wondering how we can re-introduce the cats so that our new place won't be more "home" to any other cat. We'd like there to be equal footing. What's the best way to go about doing this? I've read all the advice about a new cat coming in, but that seems to put one cat at the advantage. Any advice?
