my cat who is usually very friendly and clean just came in filthy and acting very strange. i approached her whilst she was eating and she sort of moaned and yeowled at me to stay away. so i did. she was walking around completely disorientated and barely able to keep her balance. then she had a fit of some kind. she was rolling around the floor and it lasted about 30-50 seconds. then she lay on the floor eyes wide. now she is still walking around looling very dizzy and unbalanced

what should i do? bring her to the vet or just keep her comfortable and wait??

VETERINARIAN IMMEDIATELY! THIS SOUNDS SERIOUS!

She needs an full exam, it could be anything. She could be having a stroke, anything, or have gotten attacked.
