Cat from Jupiter

Thius cat was photo'ed in PA with a trail camera. This cat has been seen and the pattern is as shown (no digital editting, or lighting problems). The pattern looks like the large storm on Jupiter, hence the name.
I was wondering if anyone could tell me what might cause this in a cat's fur ?
