Oozing Cat's Eye

I took my cat to the vet last week and they said he was in perfect helath. Yesterday his right eye started oozing clear liquid constantly. He keeps it squinted and almost closed if not closed. It is a claer thin liquid like tears excepts for the ocassional clime, or chunks of eye goop. What is this? Please help me, im worried.
