Cat's hair is falling out!!!

Hi. I just want to know what can I do about my cats hair that is falling out? Is it of nature or are there something wrong. I think she's 8 months old now... She was a cat on street. She is very loving. Please tell me what I must do about the hair? Thank you

A vet has to see her. She may have an infection, or parasites, or an allergy, almost anything.
