fleas on newborn kittens

Take them to the vet. The kittens are so young that any de-flea treatment has to be done carefully & exactly.
Then wash all the pet bedding & vacuum all areas where the cats were laying. While the cat & family is at the vet (let them stay overnight), you can also flea-bomb the house to make sure you kill them (also remove all small animals like hamsters & lizards & such, if you have any).
The vet will tell you how to keep them flea-free after de-fleaing.
