yes this cat need a vet .....and i advise your sister to be very careful and whatch the cat sound very ill ...so her boyfriend hit the cat? thats wrong in many lvl he should pay for the damages hes done....it was not the kiitens fault mabey the kit couldnt think proporly becuase of the loss of blood and then to be hit is wrong if it pees were its not suppose to the piont your finger at it and say no! and bring it to the litter box then pet it when she/he goes in that way she/he will learn and know were to go when she/he needs to go i did it with 8 kittens plus they all line up now ^-^
