Help me please

Hi my name is Kristina. I have a question about my 11 week old pitbull named Mary Jane.
   
Mary Jane keeps using the bathroom in the house. I trained her and she woun't listen to me. Also she keeps tearing funtuire apart. I punish her but she woun't listen. If she woun't do what I tell her then my mother told me that she has to go some where eles. Please help me. I love her so much and I don't want her to leave.

when she goes to chew on something besides her toys, give her a sharp correction with ur voice and at the same time give one loud clap with ur hands. and when she leaves it alone tell her good girl and reward her with a pet or a treat. the same thing goes if u see her about to "go" in the house.
   
u could also crate train her. When u aren't playing w/ her or when u rn't home put her in the crate and when u let her out take her outside right away and when she "goes" praise and tell good girl. She'll get it.
