My dog is continuously bring dog poo to the door. How do i stop it? I know she is probably doing it for the attention, especially since the new cat. But everytime i want to play with her, i go outside and get very upset then reprimand her. i feel its wrong to play with her then because im showing her its fine. Am i wrong by doing this? What can i do to make her stop? I feel so bad shouting at her but Im gettin very frustrated now.

Dogs have a ridiculous fascination for any kind of poo. They eat it, play with it & roll in it. We humans don't know why.
If the dog is bringing it in from the yard, you have to totally clean up your yard, then keep up the tidying. Cleaning up after your dog is also good for your grass. The dog will continue to bring it in as long as it's available.
If he's getting it out of the litter box, you have to enclose the litterbox somehow, so he can't get to it.
If he's going outside your yard & finding it, you should seriously consider fencing your yard. Dogs can get hit by cars & tangle with other animals, thus causing large vet bills. And other people don't clean up after their dogs.
You must discipline your dog when he does this. Tell him "no" very firmly, & do whatever you do to discipline him. He has to learn not to bring the stuff to the cave entrance (the door). Don't feel guilty about scolding him. The dog is a child who has to be taught. When he's good & doesn't bring anything home, play with him then. When he brings things home, send him immediately & sternly to his corner for 20-30 min., so he understands that this is a no-no. He has to learn both negative & positive reinforcement.
The dog loves you. He'll change his behavior to get your approval. That's what dogs do.
