I believe my dog has a very mild ear infection. I really cannot afford a vet bill right now. Is there anything that does not require a prescription that I can use to treat him?

jst put some peroxide on a cotton ball and wipe the ear out. Or u can put a tiny capfull of peroxide and put it in her ear, then start rubbing the ear until u hear swooshing.

this is how my sister who is a vet assistant has told me to treat my dogs ear infections and it has worked.

Watch it carefully. If it doesn't clear up in about a week, you should take the dog to the vet. Talk to the vet about paying the bill over several weeks; a reasonable vet will agree to this.
