My female beagle is days shy of 4 months old. We have noticed that she has been acting like she needs to sneeze or cough a lot (cant tell which one). It usually is during walks. Any ideas? Could she possibly have asthma or just an allergy?

It's very possible your beagle has been having what is called a reverse sneeze. I have seven beagles ranging from two to ten years old and each of them will on occasion make a sound like the are grunting rapidly. It usually last about 20 seconds and then stops. If it is something that happens with your puppy often, I would suggest seeing a vet. But from my experience with beagles, it's just something they do.
