upset stomach?????

she was vomiting 2 days ago and still hasnt eaten and is barely drank any water is this normal or should i take her to the vet. money is real tight but we are really worried about her. i think she got into something she shouldnt of but am unsure. is there anything i can do for her? ive tried white rice and her regular dog food. please respond
