Momma dog died when puppies were 8 days old. I've been bottle feeding puppies and daddy dog has been out with me cleaning off puppies after I feed each one. Well since this started he has become very aggressive toward anyone besides me. Is this normal?

Yes, because your dog has now decided that you are his substitute mate since the mother died. He's telling the world about it by defending you & discouraging others from becoming your mate - this is what dogs do. He has decided that he's the pack leader because you're the dominant female.

You see, you're taking care of the puppies, he knows that they're his puppies, so logically, you're the mother of the puppies & this his mate.

You have to discourage this attitude & make him aware that you are not his mate & all other people in the house are more dominant than you.

Everyone has to call him on the aggressive behavior as soon as he does it, especially you. Discipline him severely when he is aggressive toward the family.
