My Shihtzu eats Fruit

I need to know if it is safe to continue to feed her fresh fruit while she is preg.?
   
She loves her oranges Every night, maybe we should sub. it for something else?

Fruit is as good for your dog as it is for you, they can't however eat purple grapes but oranges, banana, cantalope, apples it's all good for her. My shih tzu is crazy for apples and banana.
