Your Molly may be in for some trouble. Are you changing 25% of the water every week? Be sure to use a water conditioner. A siphoning hose, sold at the pet stores, can be used for this. A quick-fix for mollies is to add salt to the water. You could use aquarium salt, but the best option would be sea salt. Mollies are brackish fish, and thrive in salty water. I use 1 cup of sea salt per three gallons of water. Very few diseases can exist is brackish water, so your molly should be basically set for life if you choose this option. Nobody told me anything when I first got a fish (a molly), so I hope this helps you.
