Dear Chow Chow,
Your love, your excitement, and your huge welcomes from the minute I enter the door are greatly missed. I wish I could have been your champion – the way you were ours. While I had the doctor do all he could think of we still fell short. I am so sorry...I miss you, may your Soul now and forever be at peace.

I heard you bark this morning, while I'd love to see you I know it couldn't be. A moment later I hear you bark again, I find my self beckoned to the yard. I know you won't be there. But I haven't been there either since your passing. I entered the yard and immediately started to well-up, as I walk the ground you and me walked and played on I actually felt you there. I have never ever experienced a moment anything like this in all my life till today; I believe you were saying hello. I miss you so much our home is not the same without you.

Sorry to hear about your loss - its such a pity dogs can't live as long as humans as they would provide life long friendship for a lot of people.
I know how you feel having lost a few dogs of my own over the years. Hope you get another dog when you feel ready - I know it will never replace Chow Chow but it is a big help all the same.
