our 15 yr old female dog has been having accidents in the house her bm's been have is jelly from with blood streaks in it we have other dog i'm cocern about our new puppy because he been eating poop lately i'm worried that he may come down sick with what she has .

The 15 year old needs to be taken to a vet, that's where my concern would be.
