Hot Spots on my Old Dog

I have a 12 year old German Shepard that has been battling Hot Spots for the past several months. It seems as though I just get her off antibiotics and the vet bill paid and it starts again, is there anything else over the counter that can help? She is such a sweet heart, I hate putting the halo on her continually to make her stop chewing and biting at those hot spots.

I'm so sorry to learn about you dog's hot spots. A great remedy is Vetericyn animal wound spray. Have you heard of it?
