Urinary problem, need help

about 4 months ago we had gottn our male dobi fixed. well the problem is he is urinating all over the place and cannot hold it, he will jus pee wherever, even on us, sometimes he cannot even get his leg up, he jus pees. is this normal? i think mabey they did somethin when he was fixed. what can we do, he is 7 yrs old.........
