Wart-like growths

My dog, Hope, is an 11 year old lab. I've noticed in the last few years that she has been getting wart-like growths in a few spots. There's one on her head, one on her belly, and I just noticed she has a new one on her "eyebrow." She just had a her chems, cbc, and T4 pulled (for Rimadyl and thyroid check) and everything was normal. Are these growths something I should have checked or are they just because she's old?
