Blood sounds like there has been a major trauma...be sure no one took her out of her cage and dropped her. That being said a lot of times hamsters an mice are prone to a condition called wet tail. It basically is an infection induced by stress or exposure to other critters with it. The signs are excessive diarrhea and sometimes mucus from the eyes and nose. If this is the case act quickly as it is deadly if left untreated...usually due to dehydration. If you have any other hammys in the cage remove them or the sick one asap. You should probably call the vet or the pet shop you got her from. If it was a Petco you can take her back to them for free for treatment. I would call to see if the place you got it from offers a similar service if it wasn't Petco. They will usually treat them with a med call baytral flaygal (please excuse the spelling...it is something similar). Call your vet and see if maybe you can get your hands on some of this stuff and add it to her water according to the directions. I don't know how readily available it is without a vet visit. Any who keep the hammy very very clean...and isolated as it can be contagious to other critters. Good luck.
