When my guinea pig makes a cooing sound like a pigeon, is she happy or sad? Do guinea pigs blink?

hi, i have had many guinea pigs, but have 2 right now. my guinea pigs make that noise alot! and it jst means they r happy.

u know, now that i think of it. ive never seen my guinea pigs blink.
