Vintage Scrapbook Pages

104 vintage lined 3 hole Pages which has over 400 plus images taped or glued into the album plus a few vintage boxers autographs aside of their displayed image. Images on both sides for a total of 208 pagesMost of the images are from ring magazine and in most corners appears the year the photo came out of. Done neatly and in each corner.

There are several entries which have vintage scotch tape which has yellowed. Pretty much an information book which has little repeating boxers.

An album maintained by aBoston areasports reporter.

Better pages includes autographs, a ticket stub from 1952 for Madison Square Garden for the Jack LaBua vs. Bobby Bell fight.

This collection appears to be from magazines from the 40’s and 50’s. However a ton of champions from the beginning of boxing (with rules) to 1950’s. If a photo of an early boxer such as Jefferies was shown in the 50’s in an article, it was cut . This how so many different boxers from different areas appear in this book

Some items have detached from the tape and need to be fastened. Several autographs were under images etc and glued near their image.

This was more of an information book and was used for reference. Some clippings list a trainer with phone number or address and what boxers they represented.

A total of 104 lined pages with cut outs on both sides for a total of 208 pages with 400 cut out. Cut outs are from full page, covers, but mostly action shots. Just about all are black and white. Various numbers of images on pages. Some pages are full, or half full etc perhaps to ad images to a fighter later on.
