To my sweet baby girlie, Autumn. Letting you go was the hardest thing I have ever done in my life. I pray that you somehow know that I did it for you so that you would not suffer from the cancer that wanted to take you from me. I am glad I stayed with you to the end and hope to see you again someday where you are healthy like you used to be. I will never forget how beautiful your eyes were and how cute you were in your favorite place, YOUR recliner. We miss you terribly, it is just not the same without you. You were family and a part of us all died with you.
Autumn, the decision to let you go was so hard to make,
but always know that in your heart,
is the love of mommy, daddy, and Jake.
We love you forever.
