Smoke the Appaloosa Horse
Published on Jan 1st, 2008
By Jordan Veith (Location Unknown)
Smoke was a wonderful horse. Her exact death was on January 15,2005 at the age of 34. Even at 34 she loved to canter around, and flirt with the guys. Being the only mare at our barn, she got a lot of attention. I loved to groom her. Her owner Mary-kay, would come out to groom her and give her treats. She lived in both Colorado and California and loved to jumper and flat horse. her ground manners were perfect and she was so polite.
When she died, I felt as if I had lost a member of the family.
